Yamakawa Naoto is a manga artist/illustrator who has produced many hit works, including "Life on Earth," "Harmonica Bunko," and "I Love You, Narumi-san."

Yamakawa doesn't use screen tones much, instead using hand-drawn hatching. It is characterized by its detailed drawings, reminiscent of woodblock prints.
At the Kobo 33 project "Naoto Yamakawa's Workplace" held in 2022, we were able to exhibit the actual manuscript.
The intricacy and beauty of the painting is so striking that it takes the viewer's breath away.
